Breath Holds - Level 1

In this practise we move through 3 rounds of breath holds, beginning with 30 seconds and finishing with a 90 second hold. An important lesson to remember is that there is no pressure for you to complete the holds. You will not enjoy apnea training if you push yourself too far and enter a state of stress, however you will thoroughly enjoy breath training like this if you listen to your body. Take it easy on yourself and you will see great progress with a consistent practise. Find a comfortable and quiet place to lie down, put your headphones in and press play!
