Breathwork refers to a set of techniques and practices that involve conscious control and manipulation of breathing patterns to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s a form of alternative therapy that has been used for centuries in various cultures and traditions around the world in immensely different ways. Our Nervous system regulates our breathing, but with conscious breathing we can reverse engineer this function and actually begin to regulate our nervous system with different breathing techniques and methods. It’s an extremely powerful tool once realised and practised.

This is a series of audio-only Breathwork journeys designed to be practised lying down in a comfortable and dimly lit place. Because of the use of binaural beats and 3D sound it is highly recommended to use good quality earphones/headphones to experience the full effects of each journey.

Duration 10.23

In this practise we will move through 2 rounds of breathing for 3 minutes, with a breath hold at the end of each round.


Duration - 18.40

This Breathwork journey is designed to deeply activate and increase the energy within you.


Duration - 18.44

Build up to a 3 minute breath hold in this beginner level apnea class! Practising oxygen tables help to improve our bodies resistance to low levels of oxygen. On top of it being a very pleasurable and calming experience, over time we are also able to increase our maximum breath hold capacity.

If you’re comfortable with holding your breath for 3 minutes in class 3A, then it’s time to step it up. 4 minutes - LET”S GO!

Duration - 24.59

5 minutes is a big breath hold! If class 3B has become comfortable for you then it’s time to give this one a shot!


Duration - 14.26

Practising carbon dioxide tables help to improve our bodies ability to tolerate higher levels of co2 buildup. On top of many other benefits, this will gradually increase our maximum breath hold capacity.

Duration - 15.56

This carbon dioxide table is structured identically to class 4a, however each breath hold will be 2 minutes instead of 1.30.

Duration - 19.11

This carbon dioxide table is structured identically to class 4b, however each breath hold will be 2.30 instead of 2 minutes.


Duration - 12.42

The essence of this Breathwork journey is practising deep, conscious breathing which will help to release all of the feel good chemicals throughout the body, leaving you in a state of bliss.


Duration - 16.06

All of the classes in this series up to this point have been activating practises where we have up-regulated and energised ourselves with the breath. Todays session is a down-regulation practice where we are going to have the chance to really slow down and relax, creating to perfect environment for recovery, healing and deep rest.


This is a short Somatic journey designed to help you connect with your emotions. It’s time to let the guard down and hold a safe space for yourself to feel whatever is happening deep inside.
