Class 3C - o2 table (5min Breath Hold)

Duration - 24.59

Practising oxygen tables help to improve our bodies resistance to low levels of oxygen. On top of it being a very pleasurable and calming experience, over time we are also able to increase our maximum breath hold capacity. In this journey we will move through 4 rounds of deep breathing, followed by a breath hold. The breath hold duration will increase with each round but remember that you are always welcome to come out of any of the breath holds early if it becomes too uncomfortable. Lie down in a safe place and enjoy!

Here is a breakdown of this oxygen table (in minutes):

Breathe: 2 // Hold: 2

Breathe: 2 // Hold: 2.30

Breathe: 2 // Hold: 3

Breathe: 2.45 // Hold: 5
