Class number 3 in 'From Pain To Freedom'. This Strength class involves some traditional Pilates positions to slowly build heat in the core and Glute muscles. It's slow and controlled but don't be fooled - it's sure to challenge your core strength and endurance.

Form is very important in this class to keep hitting the muscles we want to be working, so if you feel yourself slipping out of the correct form (which you will learn in the class) then take a short rest or regress to an easier modification.
