Breathwork is not only practised to calm and slow us down, it can also be also be practised as a powerful tool to achieve the opposite. This class aims to energise the body and create vitality within, preparing you for whatever the day ahead may hold. It is recommended that you lie down for this one as some strong sensations may arise, however if you want to stay seated for whatever reason, you're welcome to do so.
Try to keep your eyes closed for the entire practice to minimise your distractions, however if you ever feel lost or need a visual demonstration of the techniques being performed you can briefly open your eyes to better understand what is being taught. Naturally, the more you practise, the easier it will be for you to understand.
