Time to practise accessing the handstand from a variety of different ways. It's normal to only access a handstand from one single way and disregard every other way when you first start practising them. This class is a perfect way to practise getting into handstands in ways that you may never have tried before or may not be used to. Practise this class with a sense of humour and lightness. Challenge yourself, have fun and don't take yourself too seriously. A consistent practise of this class will take your handstands to a new level and will open up many new paths of movement once you start to find consistency with your handstands.
