Class number 4 in 'From Pain To Freedom'. This Vinyasa class is designed to build mobility in the hips with a fun variety of dynamic movements and sequences. The pace is a little faster than the previous classes in this series and the movements a little more dynamic, so don't feel like you must do everything in this practise - just move mindfully and see where the practise takes you.

If you know that you have really tight hips then a block may come in helpful for some of the poses.
