Known by some as The Yoga of Will, Hatha Yoga incorporates longer holds in each pose compared to other styles of Yang (energetic) Yoga. Take the time to observe what your mind is telling you in this class and be aware if it's your mind telling you to leave a pose or your body that is getting fatigued... There's a big difference.

In this Hatha class we'll be holding our poses for a while. This will help you to feel out your body in each pose and explore some little adjustments to find the perfect position for your body in each moment.

Holding poses for a longer time has a very therapeutic quality. It's also a great way to create stability and strength in not only the body but also the mind.
