Yin Yoga. The part of your day that you set aside to draw your attention and focus inwards, to be still and to give yourself a rest from the outside world. In this style of Yoga, which is very similar to restorative, we will focus on longer holds, stillness, and an exploration of internal sensations, thoughts and emotions to become clearer, happier individuals.
Practising Yin will help to restore yourself. Whether your sleep deprived, mentally or physically fatigued, emotionally rattled, restless or feel low on energy - this is the style of Yoga for you.
As poses are held for a long time, be sure not to push yourself really deep into any poses. Instead, take yourself to the first point of resistance and allow time to deepen the stretch for you.
