This is a flexibility based class that will teach you a few different ways to help open up the body to prepare yourself for learning how to straddle press into a handstand. With a better range of motion in the inner thighs, a deeper forward fold and stronger hip flexors you will find learning to press a lot easier because you'll be able to use your mobility to help you instead of relying heavily on only your strength.
