Class number 1 in 'From Pain To Freedom'. Time to slow things down and create some space in your lower back with this gentle restorative practise. We will move through a few longer holds that target the muscles of the lower back, the QL, hips, side body and hip flexors. By releasing tension in all of these muscles passively you should notice a difference with how your lower back feels post-practise.
Be very gentle, especially if you have a really sore back, and never push yourself into a position where you feel any kind of sharp or shooting pain. A broad sensation is what we're aiming for.
