Class number 5 in 'From Pain To Freedom'. This Vinyasa class is all about creating fluid movements with the spine, including rolling and circular movements. This is one of the best ways to not only develop a healthy, lubricated spinal column but also to learn about your own spine and the movement you have available with it. Notice which parts of your spine feel good and which parts feel a bit stuck or locked and come back to this class consistently to work on the health of your spine and notice the improvements each time you step onto the mat.

Creating these movements with your spine can be tricky if you've never tried them before. I remember feeling really uncoordinated when i first began practising spinal rolls but instead of getting frustrated i would just laugh and try again. So don't be disheartened if you feel really uncoordinated, we all have to start somewhere.
