Even though most of this practise is slow-paced it will be sure to challenge you and build a lot of heat in the body. Through longer holds and more reps you'll build a lot of rotational strength in the body which will keep you much safer when tweaking inverts on a bodyboard. Although this class was designed to build strength for keeping your body safe when trying to tweak your inverts, it's also a great class to practise consistently to develop an all-over high level of strength, flexibility and will power.
