The jump switch is a different way of hopping to the front of the mat in Yoga that demands you to find slightly more hang-time in your handstand compared to a regular jump. Gradually, with practise, you will find the hang-time you need to execute the jump switch slowly and with control. Don't be focussed on your performance in this class, instead try to be focussed on simply giving your best effort throughout the class. If your best effort is given then progression is inevitable.
