It’s nearly time to start crushing your goals, but first you’re going to need a few things.

We will be posting some equipment out to you ASAP which will be used throughout your personalised training program. Lewy will also be in touch with you shortly to organise a chat, so that we can figure out the direction you wish to take your strength and fitness journey, set some goals for you, and create a program to smash through your goals.

In the meantime, you can browse through the Movement Library to see an ever growing collection of movement tutorials. Your program will include many of these exercises so getting familiar with them now will definitely help you once you begin your program. Be sure to bookmark the page so you can come back to it in the future!
