Energy flows where awareness goes. This is a dynamic and fun Vinyasa practise that incorporates the use of a block (or ball) to keep your awareness in your shoulders. After the flow we will wind down with some deep shoulder openers to release any tension that may be lingering around the neck and shoulders. Flow through the practise, stay connected, and your shoulders will feel brand new again!
