‘Zero To Hero’ is a series created to guide you from your very first movement class all the way to an advanced practise. Starting from a very basic level, each class will gradually introduce more intensity, difficulty and physical demand until you are practising high level movement classes. No matter who you are and what your fitness level is you will be able to begin practising at the very first class in the series, and as you consistently come back to practise these classes you will realise true progress as you work your way through each class.

Take your time with the series, and practise each class as many times as feels necessary before moving onto the next. Appreciate that this new journey you’re embarking on is a long road and it takes months and years to significantly improve your practise, so patience and consistency is key. Take another step closer to your dreams each and every day and appreciate all the little milestones along the way. If you adopt this mindset then success is an inevitability.
